I-X: I-P² - Issue Views

A display is required for the list of issues which a panel deals with. We can concentrate on the issues not yet handled, but there may also be a need to see isssues that have been handled, perhaps by allowing them to be displayed in the same way as outstanding issues, or perhaps by seeing a separate log of handled issues (with the way they were handled, which agents were involved, and the date or time they were completed, etc.

In a simple form, we need a table which has one line per issue, with some sort of pop up choices for a current handling method amongst a list of options.
